Programming of process controllers, Motion Control and mechatronics - we understand and apply technology solutions practically. We program solutions on SIEMENS SIMOTION SCOUT, SIEMENS S7 TECHNOLOGY, CODESYS MOTION, INDRAWORKS, AIPEX PRO, TWINCAT. We have a track record of modernisation and servicing of hydraulic presses and production machines, where we designed and programmed the entire system including adaptation to safety requirements.

We also carry out modernisation of machine control, replacing older generation controllers e.g. SIMATIC S5 with the SIMATIC S7 family or CODESYS by creating our own solutions on the CODESYS platform or replacing other manufacturers' controllers with solutions from ABB, AMK, BOSCH REXROTH, EATON, SIEMENS in the SIMATIC, SIMOTION, SIMATIC Technology range.

Our biggest projects include the programming of presses - multi-axis solutions on the basis of SIMOTION D with SINAMICS S120 drives and actuator motors, and the modernisation of presses on the basis of IndraMotion control in the IndraWorks environment.

SIMLOGIC. has the status of Competence Centre for PROFIBUS/PROFINET and PROFIDRIVE industrial networks. We therefore deal with issues related to industrial communication. We popularise standards, organise seminars and workshops. We provide assistance and a range of tips for industrial plant maintenance staff to help eliminate industrial communication problems.

We provide diagnostic services together with the implementation of post-audit recommendations and the elimination of causes of machine downtime due to communication or EMC interference. We diagnose the entire system, not just the communication network. We check the operation of ISO/OSI model layers and TCP or UDP protocols. We verify the operation of the Slave and IO Device. We replace cabling, install support or diagnostic devices. We use testers and software from various manufacturers.

Since the company was founded, we have been developing our own Training Centre. We currently have an extensive offer of professionally prepared training courses in industrial automation components, PLCs, electric drives, communications, visualisation and control systems. Trainings are carried out on the basis of industrial applications and on the basis of hardware solutions based on the industry offerings of the companies: ABB, BOSCH REXROTH, EATON, BECKHOFF, AMK, SEW, LENZE, SIEMENS in the field of Industry Automation & Drives Technologies.

In line with these words, when delivering training, we pay particular attention to combining theory and practice, as well as practical transmission in the form of exercises on teaching kits or user machines. We have experience in re-branding, assisting in professional development and long-term knowledge acquisition through the development and implementation of a tailor-made, multi-stage professional development concept.

With the relevant knowledge, backed up by education and documented by numerous training courses, we carry out expert reports, research and scientific and technical studies. We cooperate with universities and scientific institutes. We carry out machine audits in the field of control and verification of programmes, their algorithms and control settings. On this basis, we develop proposals for changes and our own new solutions, which we then introduce ourselves in order to eliminate problems.

We are also involved in energy audits for the optimisation of electricity costs with regulated equipment and process controls. We have the capability to perform EMC environmental studies.

For our own projects and at the request of Contractors, we complete the automation equipment for projects. We prepare component lists and verify them for the correctness of electromechanical calculations. For the conditions we select, we supply hardware and software in the field of integrated automation from various suppliers: EATON, ABB, AMK, BOSCH REXROTH, BECKHOFF, SEW, LENZE, Danfoss, SIEMENS.

We carry out regular component sales and deliveries. We have a 24/7 stock of our own components, including EATON drives. We are able to assist around the clock and comprehensively.
